We operate out of two offices – Semmes House, Rumford Court, Liverpool and the Cruck Barn, Duxbury Park, Chorley.

We have a long association with Liverpool, our practice forebears designed Cunard Building on the waterfront – the centre building of the ‘Three Graces’.

We provide architectural services primarily but have in-house Interior Design and Planning Supervisory capabilities.

We have a strong, core design staff with experience of a wide range of procurement routes and an established track record in delivery of schemes from construction values of £50k to £50 m.

We work in all building sectors throughout the North West , East and West Midlands , the South East and Northern Ireland .

We are Principal Supply Chain Members within the NHS Procure 21 strategy.

We are a member of Constructionline and are also registered with CHAS.
